PDP Australia Pty Ltd (PDP) is committed to ensuring your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to activities directly related to your visit to PDP’s website. It does not apply to third parties’ websites linked through PDP’s website. PDP has no responsibility or liability in connection with any third parties’ websites.

As a registered company operating in Australia, we are bound by the National Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. In keeping with this legislation, this Privacy Policy sets out our practice in the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Information
You can visit PDP’s website to read or download information, such as details on our projects, without disclosing any personally-identifiable information. However, you may choose to provide us with your personal details, for example when you contact us, register your interest in working with PDP or when you request information on our services. You may also choose to provide us with personal details of a third person, such as a colleague, in which case we assume that you have an unrestricted permission of such person to provide their personal details to PDP.

Any information supplied to or collected by PDP, will be stored and used only for the administrative purposes of our organisation. Personal information will only be disclosed or transferred to third parties with your written consent, unless otherwise prescribed by law.

Correction, Update and Deletion of Personal Information
To ensure that personal details provided to us are accurate and up-to-date, you can request correction, update and deletion of your personal information via email sent to pdpa@pdp.com.au. You are entitled to edit or delete such information unless we are required by law to retain it.

PDP is committed to maintaining a secure environment to protect your privacy and avoid unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal information. While we take all reasonable precautions to protect data on our systems, when the data is transferred over the Internet, it may be accessed and used by unauthorised third parties. PDP has no control over the performance, reliability, availability or security of the Internet and does not warrant that any information transferred via Internet is secure. PDP shall not be liable for any disclosure, unauthorised use, loss, damage, expense, harm or inconvenience resulting from the loss, delay, interception, corruption, intervention, misuse or alteration of any personal information due to any reason beyond PDP’s reasonable control.
